How to Archive and Un-Archive Projects on the MeasureSquare Cloud
In this article we will be going over how to archive projects on the MeasureSquare Cloud. This can prevent crashing on iPad devices as having hundreds of projects on a system can cause issues.
This article applies to MeasureSquare Cloud.
Archive:
Step 1: Go to Cloud.MeasureSquare.com and sign in with your credentials.
Step 2: Go to "Projects" on the left-hand panel.
Step 3: Check mark the project you wish to Archive, and then click on "Archive" at the top. Click OK.
Step 4: To see your archived projects, select the 'Archive' tab to the right.
Step 5: Tap Sync on the iPad to sync down only active projects
Automatic Archiving:
On the far right we have the option for 'Archive Setting' which allows you to have automatic archiving for projects. This is completely optional but may help if you have lots of projects that you have completed but not a lot of time to go back and archive your projects.
Un-Archive/Restore:
Step 1: Complete the previous Step 4.
Step 2: Select the project that you want to unarchive by checking off the box(es). Then select 'Unarchive' > Click OK to make project available.
