How to add Tags in MeasureSquare CRM

This article explains how to create and use tags in MeasureSquare CRM to help organize and quickly find your data.

Tags are labels you can assign to different records in the CRM to help categorize and filter them. For example, you can use tags to group projects by status, priority, or type.

You can apply tags in multiple CRM modules, including:
  1. Projects
  2. Contacts
  3. Companies
  4. Diagrams
  5. Vendors
  6. Installers
  7. Subcontractors

How to Create a Tag
You can create a tag from any module. In this example, we’ll use a CRM Project.

Step 1: In a CRM Project, click Add Tag
Step 2: Select New Tag

Step 3: Give a name for the Tag
Step 4: Choose a color
Step 5: Select Create 



Step 6: The tag will appear in your tag list. You can add multiple tags, edit them, or delete them as needed.
