Step 1 – Open Your Project Navigate to your project on the iPad and go to Reports > Forms, where you build your proposal or estimate.

Step 2 – Open the Preview Tap the Preview icon (eye icon) at the bottom of the screen.

Step 3 – Open Settings Tap the Gear icon in the top-right corner.

Step 4 – Go to Columns Tap Columns from the settings menu.

Step 5 – Add Your Terms & Conditions Scroll to the Terms and Conditions field and paste your text.

Step 6 – Sync to Cloud Once your terms are entered, Sync System Settings to save them. This ensures your Terms & Conditions are preserved and automatically applied to future proposals.
