How to Add Frequency to a Room for Commercial Cleaning & Maintenance in MeasureSquare 8

Version: All MeasureSquare 8 Builds

In this article we will be going over how to add frequency to a room as well as how to signify that in the description. 

This is how we signal the amount of times per year an area needs to be cleaned and it will "duplicate" the square footage by that number as well

Step 1: Rooms must be drawn with your Surface area applied. 

Step 2: Select the room you will like to duplicate, also make sure that your Property View panel is open on the right hand side. 

Note: You can also double click on a room and your property panel will appear. 

Step 3: Under Room > Duplication, enter the number of times or frequency the area needs to be cleaned per year. Once you type in the number, hit Enter. 

Step 4: Right click on the Surface product -> Left click on View/Modify Product. Type in the Frequence Number in the Description field. Click Save.
