How to add Door Jamb in MeasureSquare 8?

Door jambs are linear products this placed on the vertical sides of a door opening. In MeasureSquare 8, jambs are assigned in the Wall View, which shows the elevation of each wall so you can drop the product directly onto the door opening. The software then calculates the linear footage automatically.

1) Select the room containing the door you want to jamb. The room outline will highlight in red.
2) Turn on Wall View. The door will appear as an opening in the corresponding wall — in this example, wall #4.

3) Select the Door Jamb product in the Project Items panel on the left (Image 2, red box).
4) Drop the product onto the vertical edge of the door opening in the wall view. (Image 2, red arrows pointing at the door on wall #4).

5) Confirm the jamb has been applied. The door frame in the wall view will update to show blue jamb lines along both sides and across the top (Image 3, red box). The Project Items panel will also update with the calculated linear footage — in this example, Door Jamb 4" LF = 16.0 L.
