How to Activate and Deactivate rooms, stairways, elevations, notes, dimensions, windows in MeasureSquare 8

MeasureSquare 8 allows you to temporarily deactivate shapes without deleting them. Deactivated shapes are excluded from the active estimate but remain in the project and can be restored at any time. This applies to rooms, stairways, elevations, notes, dimensions, windows, and more.

Steps to Activate and Deactivate Shapes

Deactivate: Right-click the shape you want to deactivate.
Select Deactivate from the context menu.
Notes
The shape will be removed from the active estimate but will remain visible in the project.


To restore the shape, right-click it and select Activate from the context menu. 
The shape will be returned to the active estimate.
