How do I convert a license purchased on MeasureSquare Cloud to a group license?

In this article, we will show you how to convert your license purchased on M2 Cloud to a group license.

This article applies to MeasureSquare Cloud and requires you to log into cloud.measuresquare.com with your MeasureSquare ID and password.

From  M2 Cloud:

If you are the group administrator:

1. Click Group Management

2. Click Group Licenses

3. Click License Convert (red refresh button on top right corner)

4. Select licenses to convert and click Save

If you are not the group administrator:

1. Contact our billing department at (626) 683-9188 ext. 2 or billing@measuresquare.com to cancel and receive a prorated refund for the remainder of your current billing cycle

2. Have your group administrator repurchase the subscription on their M2 account and follow the instructions above to convert the license
