How do I update my MeasureSquare ID?
In this article, we will tell you steps you need to take in order to update the email address associated with your MeasureSquare account.
This article applies to MeasureSquare Cloud, MeasureSquare 8, and MeasureSquare Mobile.

This is handled on a case-by-case basis, as it may cause technical issues with payments.
Step 1: Sync your projects
Step 2: Sync your product catalogs
Step 3: Upload your settings
Step 4: Log out of all devices

Please make sure you are logged out of your device(s) properly by following the above articles before changing your email address to prevent possible data loss
Step 5: Call (626) 683-9188 or email
support@measuresquare.com. Confirm with the representative that you have done the above steps and provide the email address currently associated with your account and the email address you want your account to be updated to. Once the representative has confirmed the change, you can log back into your account with your updated email address.
