How to Check and Update MeasureSquare Stone software

This article explains how to verify your MeasureSquare Stone software is up to date and how to enable automatic updates. Keeping your software updated ensures you have the latest features and bug fixes.

Steps to Check and Update MeasureSquare Stone

Step 1: click the Help (the question mark) icon in the top toolbar.

  • From the dropdown menu, select About MeasureSquare

Step 2: Check Your Current Version

  • The About dialog will display your current software version and build number.

Step 3: Verify Update Status

  • Click Up to date to check whether a newer version is available. (see Screenshot 1)
  • If your software is current, the button will confirm no update is needed.

Step 4: Enable Auto Update

  • Check the Auto update checkbox to allow MeasureSquare Stone to update automatically whenever a new version is released. (see Screenshot 1)
  • This is recommended to ensure your software stays current without manual checks.
