How do I update my billing information?

In this article, we will show you how update your payment information.

This article applies to MeasureSquare Cloud.

Step 1: Log into cloud.measuresquare.com with your MeasureSquare ID (email address) and password

Step 2: Click Subscriptions and Add-ons on the left sidebar

If you are adding a new payment method

Step 3: Click + Add New


Step 4: Enter your new billing information and click Save


If you need to update the name or expiration on your current card

Step 3: Click Edit


Step 4: Update the name and/or expiration date and click Save











You can update your billing information on MeasureSquare Cloud only if you purchased online. If you do not see anything being paid at the bottom of Subscriptions and Add-ons, please call our billing department at (626) 683-9188 ext 2 to update your payment method.
