How do I share a profile or product catalog to other user via MeasureSquare Cloud?
In this article, we will show you two ways to share a profile or product catalogs to your teammate
This article applies to MeasureSquare Cloud
1. Assign directly to a MeasureSquare ID:
Assign directly from the Cloud (cloud.measuresquare.com):
Step 1: Choose Profiles or product catalog
Step 2: Click the Action dropdown menu
Step 3: Select Assign
Step 4: Enter the MeasureSquare ID of the recipient you want to share with and click Save
2. Share via email:
Step 1: Choose Profiles or product catalog
Step 2: Click the Action dropdown menu
Step 3: Click Share Profile
Step 4: Enter the email of the recipient you want to send the share link to and click Send Email
