How do I scale my blueprint if the printed scale is missing/incorrect?

This article will show you how to scale your blueprint in MeasureSquare 8 for Windows desktop when the printed scale is missing/incorrect.

You can scale your blueprint accurately using our scale calibration feature when you cannot depend on the printed scale.

This article applies to build 8941 in MeasureSquare 8.

Step 1: Right-click on the blueprint, then click on Scale by Calibrating.

Step 2: Using the crosshairs marked by the dotted lines, draw a dimension line of a known length (as shown below, 5'-4 3/4"). Do this by left-clicking to start drawing the line, and left-clicking again to finish drawing the line. The line will be red-colored.

Step 3: Type in your known measurement into the pop-up window, then click OK. Your blueprint should now be scaled correctly.
