How do I pay my MeasureSquare invoice via wire transfer?

In this article, we will show you how to pay your invoice via wire transfer.

This article applies to MeasureSquare Cloud.

Step 1: Log into cloud.measuresquare.com with your MeasureSquare ID (email address) and password and create a subscription without payment method(you may enter billing address only).

Step 2: After the subscription is created, it will automatically add the related licenses for the subscription items and generate a Sent invoice. Click "View the invoice" to open the invoice detail page.

Step 3: Click the "Pay" button to view the Bank Transfer details. Be sure to provide the correct Reference Code when making the transfer to ensure the payment will be processed successfully. Once we receive the payment from your bank, the invoice is paid successfully.

Note: There are 5 days grace period for monthly subscription and 30 days grace period for annual subscription. If the invoice becomes past due, MeasureSquare Cloud will expire the related licenses until the payment is completed. The invoice can still be paid during the recurring billing period.
