How do I manage my Project Providers and Project Subscribers on the MeasureSquare Cloud as a group Admin?

This article will show you how to manage settings on The Cloud for the Project Subscribers and Providers of your group members as an Admin

Info: You can see a tooltip about providers and subscribers from your settings, as well as view who you currently have sharing set up with.



Step 1: Log into cloud.measuresquare.com under your Admin account and click on Group Management > Group Members > Now click on Action next to the member that you want to add project providers or add project subscribers 




Alert: I will be adding a provider to showcase, however setup is the same for adding a subscriber


If the user is already a part of your cloud group, select the blue option to continue. If they are outside of your group or you do not belong to one, select the green option to continue.



Step 2:  Select from the options to Share All Projects OR Share New Projects > Then select Can Edit  YES or NO > Enter or select the Provider email address 
Make sure to select the email address from the suggestion list. If the email doesn't show up on the suggestion list, that means this account does not exist on the Cloud as a Measuresquare ID
