How do I create a ceiling in MeasureSquare 8?

In this article we will show you how to create a ceiling. You can now generate a ceiling area and apply elevations. Apply products to the ceiling to generate a product estimate. 

This article is for MeausreSquare 8 build M8 Build 8399 and newer. 

Step 1: From your take off screen, Select the rooms that need a ceiling estimation. ( Hold ctrl and left click into multiple rooms.)

Step 2: Click on RmEdit > Create Ceiling to create ceiling for selected rooms.

Step 3: Turn on View walls to view the ceiling. 

Step 4: Apply Products.

Check View3D - Options - Ceiling to view ceilings in 3d.
