How do I copy project items, worksheet items, property view, etc.. and paste as plain text or as tables into Excel?

In this article, we will show you how you can copy project items, worksheet items, property view, etc. and paste them as plain text or as tables into Excel. 

This article applies to version 7587 or newer

Step 1: Hold down Ctrl on you keyboard > Left click to select items you want to copy > Ctrl + C to copy the items > open excel and right click paste special with Unicode text so items lineup perfectly. You will do the same for worksheet items, property view fields and so on.
