How to add, copy and paste wall or room profiles in MeasureSquare 8
This article explains how to add, copy, and paste room and wall profiles in MeasureSquare 8.
Wall Profiles
Step 1. Click the Profiles button at the bottom left of your window. The Wall Profiles section will be on the top half of the left panel.
Note: Checking the box for "Wall Profile Include Wall Height" will include the height of the wall when saving to wall profiles.
Step 2. With a room selected, click the View Wall button to have walls display to the right of the room.
Step 3. Right click a wall from the wall view area, hover over Product Assignment / Profile, and select Add Wall Profile.
Note: You can also left-click the wall from the wall view area and then click Add Wall Profile from the left panel.
Step 4. Name the wall profile, then click OK.
The profile will populate in the Wall Profiles section of the left panel.

Step 5. Left click and hold, then drag the wall profile to a wall you would like to apply it to. It will apply once the click is released.
Note: You can also copy and paste wall profiles by right clicking a wall, hovering over Product Assignment / Profile and selecting Copy Wall Profile, then right clicking a wall you want to paste it to, hovering over Product Assignment / Profile and selecting and Paste Wall Profile.
Room Profiles
Step 1. Click the Profiles button at the bottom left of your window.
Room profiles will display on the lower half of the left panel.
Step 2. Right-click the room you want to save a profile for, hover over Product Assignment / Profile, and select Add Room Profile.
Note: You can also click the room, then click Add Room Profile on the left panel.
Step 3. Name the room profile, then click OK.
Step 4. To apply the room profile, left click and hold the profile from the left panel, then drag it over the room you would like to apply it to. It will apply once the click is released.
Note: You can also copy and paste room profiles by right clicking a room, hovering over Product Assignment / Profile and selecting Copy Room Profile, then right clicking the room you want to paste it to, hovering over Product Assignment / Profile and selecting Paste Wall Profile.
Note: You can rename or delete the profile by right clicking on it from the left panel.
