How do I change to an annual subscription?
In this article, we will show you how to upgrade a subscription from a monthly payment plan to an annual payment plan.
This article applies to MeasureSquare Cloud.

Step 1: Log into cloud.measuresquare.com with your MeasureSquare ID (email address) and password
Step 2: Click Subscriptions and Add-ons on the left sidebar
Step 3: Click Manage Subscription to the right of the active subscription listed
Step 4: Click Change Billing Cycle
Step 5: Click Next
If you received a promo code from our sales team, you can enter it in the box on the bottom left and click Apply
Step 6: Add/update your billing information if needed and click Place Order
If you wish to downgrade your annual subscription to a monthly subscription, cancel your annual subscription and purchase the monthly subscription once your license expires at the end of your current billing cycle. Please note we do not offer refunds.
