How do I change and/or upgrade my subscription?

In this article, we will show you how to switch to a different subscription of equal or higher price.

This article applies to MeasureSquare Cloud.

Step 1: Log into cloud.measuresquare.com with your MeasureSquare ID (email address) and password


Step 2: Click Subscriptions and Add-ons on the left sidebar
Step 3: Click Manage Subscription to the right of the active subscription listed


Step 4: Click Change or Upgrade Subscription


Step 5: Click Add Items


Step 6: Select the subscription type you want to add and click OK


Step 7: Click - next to the subscription you want to switch out
Step 8: Click Next


Step 9: Add or update your billing information if needed and click Place order


If you wish to change your subscription to a lower priced version, cancel your current subscription and purchase the needed subscription. Please note we do not offer refunds. You will have access to the canceled subscription until the end of your current billing cycle.
