How do I cancel my subscription?

In this article, we will show you how to cancel your subscription.

This article applies to MeasureSquare Cloud.

Step 1: Log into cloud.measuresquare.com with your MeasureSquare ID (email address) and password


Step 2: Click Subscriptions and Add-ons on the left sidebar
Step 3: Click Manage Subscription to the right of the active subscription listed


Step 4: Click Cancel


Step 5: Click Next


Step 6: We'd like to hear from you about how we can improve so please share with us the reason for you cancellation and click Confirm Cancellation
