How do I apply a coupon code to an existing subscription?

In this article, we will show you how to apply a coupon code to a subscription that you already paid for.

This article applies to MeasureSquare Cloud.

Step 1: Log into cloud.measuresquare.com with your MeasureSquare ID (email address) and password


Step 2: Click Subscriptions and Add-ons on the left sidebar
Step 3: Click Manage Subscription to the right of the active subscription listed


Step 4: Click Apply Promo Code


Step 5: Enter the promo code you received from our sales team and click Apply
Make sure you see a green confirmation message before proceeding forward.
Step 6: Click Next


Step 7: Click Apply


The promo code will be applied to you next payment.
