How Can I Try to Retrieve Lost Files If My MeasureSquare Mobile Crashes?

This article will go over the proper steps to try and retrieve missing files for MeasureSquare Mobile on iPad. 

For all MeasureSquare Mobile for iPad version that run on iOS 11 or newer. 

Step 1: Locate your 'Files' app on your iPad. This will be a dark folder with a white outline, possibly on the application doc at the bottom of your homepage.

 Once the application is open make sure you are on the 'On My iPad' tab. If you are not select that option on the left-hand side.

Step 2: Select the 'MeasureSqr' folder. 

Step 3: Select the folder that has your MeasureSquare ID (email) as the title.

Step 4: Select 'Projects'

Step 5: You will be directed to a page that has lots of MeasureSquare icons with numbers/letters underneath. Try and locate the date and time (underneath the number/letter assortment) that you created your takeoff and take on the icon for it to redirect you to the MeasureSquare takeoff.
