How can I see the cross hatches on an empty floor in MeasureSquare 8?

In this article you will learn how to turn on the "Empty Floor Hatch" view to easily see what rooms have been traced and are without product.

This article applies to all MeasureSquare 8 versions.


To apply cross hatches to empty rooms so that you can more easily identify those without product applied, please follow these steps:

1. Click on gear icon at top left "System Settings"



2. Click on the "Drawing Style" Tab




3. Click on the selection menu for Empty Floor Hatch and choose desired thickness, style & color.

Note: Choosing Transparent for the color option will make the hatch invisible



4. Open your View Options and make sure Image Overlay is turned on.


Note: An image must be import/present for this feature to work.
