How can I email a MeasureSquare 8 File directly from the desktop software?

You are able to do this by selecting a file from the "Cloud Projects". May require syncing the file to the cloud first, see article listed below for that as well

SYNC: If not synced to the cloud, Click Here to sync a local file to the cloud.

Step 1: Set Outlook as your default email client in windows

Step 2: From MeasureSquare 8, click File -> left click on cloud file you wish to share -> Click Email Share icon. Enter email and hit send.

NOTE: You can also always attach a locally saved MeasureSquare 8 file directly to an email as an attachment, or upload it to a cloud service such as Dropbox or Google Drive and share through there.
