How Can I Change the Covering Style for Stairs on MeasureSquare 8?
This article will go over how to change your stair covering styles to the different options that are available.
This article applies to MeasureSquare 8.
1. Place your stairs in the desired location
2. Double left-click on your stairs. Your property view panel will open on the right hand side.
Step 3: Locate the Covering Style under the 'Stairway' tab.
The list of options to choose from are listed below:
Below are some examples for what to expect with the different Covering Styles selected:
· Waterfall: Wrap over/down the contour of steps.
· Tread and Rise: Area product in separate pieces on tread and riser.
· Tread Only: Area product only on tread.
· Rise Only: Area product only on riser.
· Full Wrap: Area product fully wraps each step (Step Thickness MUST be set to get accurate qty).
· Tread and Rise: Area product in separate pieces on tread and riser.
· Tread Only: Area product only on tread.
· Rise Only: Area product only on riser.
· Full Wrap: Area product fully wraps each step (Step Thickness MUST be set to get accurate qty).
There are many options to choose from when clicking on the drop down. It is best to view these different styles in our 3D viewer to make sure you are selecting the correct style for your project.
