Fail to print diagram directly to the HP network printer. Error: the printer could not print in MeasureSquare 8

When you try to print the report directly to a physical HP printer connecting through the network, it throws error message saying: the printer could not print. You may try to follow instructions below to resolve it:

Step 1Find out the model of your printer. Check available drivers.

Step 2Find out how your printer is connected to your computer, through a wifi, network or bluetooth.

For instance, if your printer is HP LaserJet Pro M254, you can try the PCL driver, which can be downloaded from here.

Step 3: Use information from steps above, try universal printer driver.

Step 4Download the driver and follow the instructions to set up the printer.

Step 5Open MeasureSquare and print it to the printer again.
