When you try to print the report directly to a physical HP printer connecting through the network, it throws error message saying: the printer could not print. You may try to follow instructions below to resolve it:
Step 1: Find out the model of your printer. Check available drivers.
Step 2: Find out how your printer is connected to your computer, through a wifi, network or bluetooth.
For instance, if your printer is HP LaserJet Pro M254, you can try the PCL driver, which can be downloaded from here.
Step 3: Use information from steps above, try universal printer driver.
Step 4: Download the driver and follow the instructions to set up the printer.
Step 5: Open MeasureSquare and print it to the printer again.
