Creating and Storing Tax Codes in MeasureSquare CRM

In this article, we will cover how to create and store Tax Codes in MeasureSquare CRM

This article applies to MeasureSquare CRM

Step 1: Go to ⚙️Settings
Step 2: Click on Taxes



Edits & Changes: You can edit, set as default, set as default Material Tax, set as default Labor Tax, and delete your existing listed taxes by click on the vertical 3 dots on the right of your tax. 



Create New Tax: You can create a new Tax by clicking New Tax on the top right corner and prompts you to the New Tax window. 


After you input the name of your New Tax along with its Tax Rate, click on Save in order for your created Tax to populate in your Tax list.


You can find your newly created Tax below:


You can locate your new created Tax in your worksheets:
Bid:


Quote:


Invoice:



Import your Tax/Taxes from spreadsheet: Click on the dropdown arrow next to New Tax and click Import from file to prompt you to a window to import a list of Taxes from your spreadsheet file.


Upload your spreadsheet file on the Import from file Window by clicking Drop files here or click to import box:
