Creating a Change order from the Diagram

In this article we will show you how a change order can be created while viewing the diagram.

Note: Our compare feature works by using the data from two existing diagrams. You may create a diagram by using MeasureSquare 8 or MeasureSquare Mobile and then continue with the change order process inside MeasureSquare CRM.
Step 1: Make sure to have original diagram takeoff completed
Step 2: Duplicate that diagram and use the copy to make the necessary changes to the diagram so that it fits the new scope

Step 3: From the original Diagram, navigate to the Compare section located on the right



Step 4: A complete list of effected labor and materials will populate, you may change the selection at this time, click OK




Step 5: Review any additional changes, then click save



Step 6: Your change order is complete. Email to the appropriate party or approve the change order and sync to QuickBooks or your preferred accounting software.
