Cancel MeasureSquare subscriptions that were purchased through Apple Store


This article will cover how to cancel or refund a MeasureSquare subscription through Apple

This article applies to all Apple products on the iPad, such as MeasureSquare Mobile and Renoplan.

Step 1:  Navigate to your iPad's home screen and select "Settings". 



Step 2:  Tap on the name of your account/profile, and select Subscriptions.



Step 3:  Active Subscriptions will appear on the subsequent window.  Tap the Subscription and select Cancel Subscription.
You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. 



To Request a Refund 

Step 1:  Sign in to Reportaproblem. Apple.com



Step 2:  Select "Request a Refund" in the I'd like to... field. 


Step 3: Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.

Step 4: Choose the app, subscription, or other item, then choose Submit.
