Can I pause my subscription?

In this article, we will show you where you can pause your subscription.

This article applies to MeasureSquare Cloud.

Step 1: Log into cloud.measuresquare.com with your MeasureSquare ID (email address) and password


Step 2: Click Subscriptions and Add-ons on the left sidebar
Step 3: Click Manage Subscription to the right of the active subscription listed


Step 4: Click Pause Billing


Step 5: Pick the duration you want to pause your billing and click Pause
Unlike the screenshot below, you will have the option to pause for one month, two months, and three months.


Step 6: Click OK to confirm
