In this article, we will give a walkthrough of the Analytics Module in Measure Square CRM
The Analytics module is designed to provide insights by tracking your sales performance and generate revenue insights from your projects. This will help track performance and identify trends to gain actionable insights for your business.

Only Projects that have a set Won or Lost date under the Sales Pipelines will be fed into the Analytics Module
Step 1: Navigate to the Analytics section on the left panel
Step 2: This section provides a detailed overview of your business data, showing key insights including:
- Revenue Won: Shows amount for Won projects
- Revenue Lost: Shows amount for Lost projects
- Revenue Won By:
- Source: Tracks the total revenue generated from deals based on their source of origin
- Market Segment: Revenue categorized by market segments
- Type: Revenue categorized by type, such as Commercial, Multifamily, Retail, etc.
- Company: Revenue generated from deals associated with specific companies or clients
- Owner: Revenue categorized by the owner of the project or deal
- Estimator: Revenue generated based on the estimator responsible for the project or deal
Step 3: Choose a predefined Date Range or set a custom range to compare performance across different time periods
Step 4: You can select any of the relevant categories:
Sales Summary: Provides an overview of all sales activities, including revenue, deals won, quotes, bids, and invoices
Revenue Won By Owner: Revenue and deal performance based on the owner of the project or deal.
Revenue Won By Estimator: Revenue and deal performance based on the estimator who created the project or provided the estimate
Step 5: Additional Options
You can filter by Owner, by Pipeline, and also see more information by selecting "View All"
